Last April I was blind-sided by a routine physical, and was given three months to alter my lifestyle in order to stay off cholesterol and blood pressure meds.

Anger quickly dissolved to a lot of “why me-ing.”

With the support and encouragement of Transformation Fitness, I attempted to change my numbers through eating healthy and adding exercise.

There were times when I doubted whether anything I was doing would help.

Well, the results are in and it is all good:

  • My blood pressure went from 140/90 to 120/80
  • Total Cholesterol from 256 to 190
  • LDL Cholesterol from 150 to 130
  • Triglycerides from 161 to 68.
