To educate our clients on the four components of healthy living:

In addition, we focus squarely on giving our clients the tools to be able to live a healthy lifestyle on their own.



Our Process:
10-12 week personalized group of 16 one-hour sessions which include:
- Up to 3 individualized exercise programs
- 2 Fitness Assessments (initial, and one at 12 weeks)
- Bi-weekly body fat testing and girth measurements
- Nutrition Education session, tools and coaching
- Behavior Change and Motivation session, tools and coaching
- Weekly reading material for continued education and self motivation
Or for those with resistance training experience choose a 6 appointment “Tune Up” session which includes:
- Screening and Consultation
- Fitness Assessment
- Nutrition Education Session
- Individualized Exercise Program
- Behavior Change and Motivation Session, Tools and coaching
Please download, print, and complete the Health History form and physician’s referral (if applicable) and email, mail or bring them with you to the studio on your first appointment .
