James W. Evans

in 2008, with advancing Parkinson’s disease I needed a walker and a cane to get around my home.  I had to rely on my wife mary to tie my shoes, fasten a tie or to help me walk to the end of the block and back.

I knew that I was clearly heading for a nursing home.  It was at that time I made the decision to whole-heartedly commit to the three part program of wellness that Christine Davis had introduced to me through personal fitness training.

I experienced amazing results.

My quality of life improved dramatically.  I am presently living proof that the program didn’t just change my life; but the 82 pounds I lost, and conditioning tools I gained saved my life.

My neurologist at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics witnessed my improvement with each visit and is currently conducting a research study on the effects of exercise and people with Parkinson’s disease.

Since working one-on-one with Chris, it is no longer just up the end of the block and back for me; but instead, up the Nile for three weeks in 2009.  The travel brochures all warn tourists that “it is an arduous trip”.  However, thanks to Chris of Transformation Fitness – it was no problem.
